Hello Joke
I'm sorry .I reply to you so late. \
When I read that you also use Mamiya 6 x7 camera, I'm very happy, because I have in the past have one, but it is too heavy, so soon after I sold it.
Now the film is very expensive in China . I don't know whether this situation in your country?
I also like use  traditional film camera to take photo , so I send you the picture. In the image you can see my hometown. I took this it in the highest mountain of my hometown.
The picture was made with a The picture was made with a hasselblad 501c camera .
Good luck with your picture!
Huang

Dear Huang,
I thought your question image was the view from the mountain, so I based my answer-picture on that image. I'll answer to the picture of your cameras in two weeks, when it's my turn to answer again. Ah well, as long as we keep taking pictures all is fine!
The 120mm-film is only a little more expensive than the 35mm-film. It's approximately the price of 3 loafs of bread. How much does it cost in China?Since your picture shows the view over your town as seen from a mountain, I tried to find a similar place in Antwerp, the city I live in.
We don't have any mountains in the city, but we have a museum called "MAS: Museum Aan de Stroom". You can go the rooftop to have an overview over the city.
It struck me that everyone was taking pictures up there. Why aren't we able to enjoy beautiful views, without wanting to take a picture of it? And that isn't only the case when we see a beautiful view. We want to capture everything.
The person in the photo is an older -I suppose- Chinese lady, taking pictures with an Ipad.
I had never been to the MAS. It's nice, the Show Me How You Live-project makes me want to discover my own city.
Have a nice week-end!

Hello Huang,
this week's picture is a self-portrait. I made it some time ago, but I really wanted to use it for this project, because I think it tells a lot about me, my way of photographing, architecture in my city, the weather in Belgium...
The actual size is this small, that's why I send it this small to you. It has the size of a creditcard.
The picture was made with a Mamiya 6x7 camera and is a contactprint of the negative on Agfa Lupex photographic paper.
Good luck with your picture!

Two, Joke Druyts

Hi Huang,
as a reply to your two cameras, I send you two people. Me and my brother, pictured by a camera obscura.
I love all kinds of cameras, but mostly the simple ones. I gave a lot of workshops about using the camera obscura, and I was always astonished by the beautiful results we got.
Rather unsharp black and white images, my brother and the camera obscura... these are a few things I really like.
All the best!

Hello Huang,
this is my new question image. The weather in Belgium has been pretty nice the past few weeks, which makes me want to grab my polaroid camera and stroll in the city.  On one of these walks I discovered this green spot. It's only a 5 minute walk away from my house, but I had never seen it before. I don't really know why, but this place seems so idyllic to me... Maybe it's because the hanging leaves and the small hills.
Again a small picture, a polaroid this time.
I hope to see a spot you discovered recently, or maybe one of your favorite places in your town.
Take care!

Maria, Joke Druyts

And here is my new question!
It's an image of a kind of statue that you can find a lot in my neighborhood, the historic centre of Antwerp.
You can see two very important persons in the Christian belief: Jesus, the son of God, and his mother Mary.
Personally, I'm not religious, but I do like history and the remnants of the past in our city. It can make my day, discovering a beautiful "Mariake" I'd never seen before.
I'm curious to see your answer.
Have fun!
